Dylan A. Eaton

Dylan A. Eaton is a native of Idaho and joined the firm as an associate in December 2007. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Washington in 1999 with a double major in Economics and Political Science. He earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Mr. Eaton clerked for Administrative Law Judges at the Employment Security Subdivision of the Office of Administrative Hearings in Seattle. After law school, he served as a member of the Seattle University School of Law Board of Governors until 2006.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a civil litigation attorney for a Seattle law firm focusing primarily on insurance defense, personal injury and condominium construction defect cases. He also gained practical experience as a criminal prosecutor for King County and Vancouver, Washington.

Community service is important to Mr. Eaton. He is a member of the American Inn of Court No. 130 in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Eaton is a volunteer for the Idaho State Bar’s CASA program, representing abused and neglected children. In 2000, he was an AmeriCorps National Service volunteer teaching classes and seminars on leadership, conflict management and violence prevention in Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Eaton is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Idaho and Washington, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar and the Washington State Bar.
