Sarah H. Arnett

Sarah H. Arnett joined the firm as an associate in November 2007. Ms. Arnett received a B.A. Joint Honors degree from the University of Kings College in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 1995 and her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2002.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arnett served as law clerk to the Honorable Renee Hoff, Third Judicial District of Idaho, and also spent three years practicing as an associate with a local law firm where her practice emphasized general litigation.

Articles authored by Ms. Arnett include “Parenting Coordinators In High Conflict Divorce Cases,” The Advocate (September 2002), “Employees’ Privacy Limited When Using Company Computers,” Idaho Employment Law Letter (May 2009), and she co-authored the section on “Idaho Legal Malpractice Law,” American Bar Association’s Legal Malpractice Survey (2009).

Ms. Arnett is licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of Idaho and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. Ms. Arnett is a member of the American Inn of Court No. 130, the Litigation Section of the Idaho State Bar, Idaho Woman Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Arnett was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and now lives in Boise which she calls home. Ms. Arnett enjoys participating in supporting the arts in the Boise community as a member of the Friends of the Ballet Idaho and as an Ambassador Volunteer at the Boise Art Museum. She is also a member of the Pioneer Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution and the Matoaka Chapter of the National Society Colonial Dames XVIIC.
