Bart W. Harwood

Bart W. Harwood has a diverse practice in which he has represented lenders, sellers and purchasers in a wide variety of commercial and real estate transactions involving many types of properties. His practice also includes commercial and environmental insurance litigation, as well as the general representation of many commercial and health-care related businesses.

Mr. Harwood is a member of the American Bar Association and its sections on Business Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Tort and Insurance Practice. He first became a member of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel in 1968, and is also a member of the Defense Research Institute. He is a member of the National Health Law Association, and is a past president of American Inn of Court 130. Mr. Harwood recently served on the Idaho State Bar Association's Corporate Code Revision Committee.

Mr. Harwood received his J.D. from the University of Idaho in 1966, where he was a member of the Idaho Law Review.
